    Delivery Information

     

    We strive to ship most orders within 1-3 business days after order placement. However, during peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible!

     

    Please Note: Orders are processed only on business days (Monday-Friday).

     

    Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

    Shipping Time: 7-20 days

     

    Order Status

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package from our fulfillment center to your doorstep.

     

    For registered users, the tracking number will also be available in your account purchase history.

    Tracking Delays: If tracking information is not available immediately, don’t worry! It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update after the package is scanned by the carrier.
